Job presentation
We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to oversee all of the company's tax activities and ensure compliance with Moroccan tax regulations. The ideal candidate has solid experience in finance and taxation, with proven expertise in tax refunds and offshore tax regimes.
Main responsibilities
• Manage and supervise the company's tax obligations and ensure compliance.
• Prepare, control, and follow up on tax returns and related documentation.
• Manage tax refund and repayment procedures, including preparing and submitting applications.
• Follow up with the relevant tax authorities regarding refunds, claims, and other tax matters.
• Manage and follow up on tax procedures related to offshore regimes and tax exemptions.
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan tax legislation and regulatory deadlines.
• Identify potential tax risks and propose appropriate solutions.
• Provide tax analysis and advice to management regarding the company's operations and investments.
• Coordinate tax matters with the Finance, Accounting, Legal departments, and other relevant departments.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date tax documentation.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess the impact of legislative developments on the company.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to taxation.
• Prepare periodic tax reports for management.
 

Required profile :

Education
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Taxation, Accounting, or equivalent field.
Experience
• Significant experience in tax management, ideally within an industrial or multinational company.
• Proven experience in managing tax refunds and repayments.
• Experience with offshore tax regimes, tax exemptions, or investment-related tax incentives.
• Excellent command of Moroccan tax regulations and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High sense of organization and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Professional proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Chinese is an asset.
Preferred Profile
Experience gained in a multinational or industrial environment, particularly within companies benefiting from investment incentives, tax exemptions, or tax schemes related to offshore activities, will be particularly appreciated.
