Job :

• Supervise and manage a portfolio of bank agencies.
• Develop commercial performance and ensure objectives are met.
• Manage, support, and develop the skills of Agency Directors and their teams.
• Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to procedures.
• Monitor performance indicators and propose necessary corrective actions.

Required profile :

• Education: Bachelor's degree +4 or Master's degree +5 in Banking, Finance, Management, Business, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in the banking sector, with proven experience as an Agency Director.
• Excellent skills in management, business development, and performance monitoring.
• Leadership, organizational skills, results-oriented, and ability to support teams.
