Join a major player in the agri-food sector located in Had Soualem as an HSE Manager. This key role aims to drive the risk prevention policy and ensure compliance with the most demanding standards to guarantee the safety of employees and the protection of the environment.
The main objective is to establish a prevention culture embedded in the daily practices of the production sites. The deployment of strategies to reduce environmental impact and achieve zero accidents within the workshops is a strategic priority for the organization.
On a daily basis, managing safety and quality involves concrete actions within the factory:
- Assess occupational risks and update the single document.
- Lead safety training programs for operational teams.
- Oversee waste management and the site's environmental compliance.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with current standards.
- Coordinate interventions with maintenance departments to ensure equipment compliance.
Required profile :
Higher education level of Master's degree (Bac +5) is required for this position.
The ideal candidate has confirmed professional experience of 3 years or more, ideally gained in a dynamic industrial environment where hygiene and safety requirements are high.
Advanced technical skills combined with natural leadership are essential to successfully carry out this mission. Perfect mastery of HSE standards and the ability to communicate with various stakeholders are expected.
