As part of our development, we are looking for a Legal Manager to support the company in all its legal challenges and actively contribute to securing and developing its activities.
Reporting directly to the Head of the Division, you will be at the center of the company's challenges, with cross-functional exposure to business and financial issues, interacting with various functions and stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:
Advise management and legally secure company decisions, operations, and commitments.
Manage legal issues related to contracts, commercial matters, companies, litigation, and labor law.
Identify and manage legal risks, proposing pragmatic solutions that balance company protection and business needs.
Oversee sensitive legal cases and coordinate external counsel when necessary.
Secondary responsibilities:
Support strategic projects, investments, financing, and tenders.
Contribute to compliance, regulatory monitoring, and the improvement of internal legal practices.
Draft, analyze, and negotiate company contracts and commitments, particularly commercial, industrial, purchasing, service, partnership, lease, warranty, and financing agreements.
Manage pre-litigation and litigation, define strategy, and coordinate lawyers and other external advisors.
Provide legal support for companies and governance: corporate bodies, powers, delegations, corporate operations, and formalities.
Assist teams with commercial and labor law issues, especially sensitive cases and disputes.
Report on legal risks, monitor regulations, and update templates, procedures, and contractual frameworks.
Required profile :
Master's degree in Business Law, Private Law, or equivalent.
More than 7 years of professional experience, ideally gained in a business law firm; complementary experience in a company is a plus.
Excellent French and good professional English skills; professional Arabic is a plus.
Rigor, discernment, analytical and synthesis skills, with a solution-oriented approach and the ability to provide clear and operational recommendations.
Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a sense of confidentiality, integrity, and professional ethics.
Good interpersonal skills, ability to influence, and capacity for transversal work, with significant exposure to General Management and operational departments.
Autonomy, responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple strategic and sensitive cases within tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of the company's business and financial challenges.
Occasional travel to Morocco as needed for cases, projects, and negotiations.
