LOGISTICS MANAGER (H/F) - Casablanca

Our client is a structured industrial company, based in Casablanca, operating in a demanding and performance-oriented operational environment.

As part of strengthening its organization and optimizing its operations, the company is looking for a Logistics Manager capable of managing flows, optimizing storage and delivery operations, and supporting team performance.

The position offers a strong operational and managerial dimension, at the heart of the company's activities.

Job :

Reporting to the Site Director, you will be responsible for organizing, managing, and optimizing logistics operations, from the reception and storage to the shipment and delivery of finished products.
You will work in close collaboration with the Production, Planning, Sales, Customer Relations, and Finance teams, as well as with suppliers and transport providers.
Your main objective: to ensure service quality, on-time delivery, and control of logistics costs.

MANAGEMENT OF LOGISTICS OPERATIONS:
Organize and coordinate reception, storage, preparation, shipping, and delivery operations;
Supervise stocks of finished and semi-finished products;Optimize the organization of storage spaces and areas;Organize and manage cycle, periodic, and annual inventories;Plan team activities based on volumes and priorities;Prepare the weekly delivery schedule in coordination with Production and Planning;Ensure orders are prepared and shipped on time;Supervise the supplies, consumables, and equipment needed for logistics operations;Ensure that delivery operations are updated in the ERP;Control and validate invoices from transport providers.

PERFORMANCE AND OPTIMIZATION:
Define and monitor logistics KPIs;Analyze discrepancies, anomalies, and malfunctions;Implement corrective and preventive actions;Identify levers for optimizing transport, storage, and delivery costs;Deploy continuous improvement actions;Monitor quality and performance objectives;Participate in the development and monitoring of the logistics budget;Ensure compliance with shipping and delivery procedures.

CARRIERS AND PROVIDERS
Manage relationships with carriers and logistics providers;Participate in the selection and negotiation with providers;Monitor the quality of services, costs, and adherence to commitments;Ensure the follow-up of supplies and supplier relations;Manage any disputes related to logistics operations;Ensure the follow-up of Delivery Orders and services provided by external partners.

MANAGEMENT:
Supervise, motivate, and coordinate Shipping and Delivery teams;Organize and assign daily activities;Monitor individual and collective performance;Identify skill needs and support employee development;Participate in recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, and training for your area;Ensure compliance with procedures, safety rules, and operational best practices.

Required profile :

With a higher education degree (Bac+5 / Master's) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Commerce, or an equivalent field, you have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally gained in an industrial environment. You have confirmed experience in managing logistics operations and teams.

You have mastered in particular:
• Transport and delivery operations;
• Stock and inventory management;
• Organization and optimization of logistics flows;
• Delivery planning;
• Management of carriers and providers;
• Monitoring of logistics costs and budgets;
• KPIs and performance dashboards;
• Regulations applicable to transport;
• Fiscal and legal aspects related to transport;
• Excel and the Office Suite;
• ERP systems, ideally Sage X3 or a similar environment;
• Data analysis and reporting.

Experience in an industrial environment and/or in an ISO 9001 certified organization is an asset.
