Join a major player in the Automotive / Motorcycles / Bicycles sector as an Operational Logistics Manager. Work in the heart of the bustling city of Casablanca and take charge of the flow of our operations.

Your role will be crucial in the continuous optimization of our logistics operations. You will aim for maximum efficiency, cost reduction, and impeccable customer satisfaction through proactive and strategic flow management.

Your main tasks will include:

• Supervising all daily logistics operations.
• Leading and coordinating logistics teams.
• Optimizing inventory and warehouse management.
• Negotiating with transport and logistics providers.
• Implementing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensuring deadlines and delivery quality are met.
• Identifying and implementing improvements in logistics processes.

Required profile :

A degree of level Master's degree or higher is required, ideally with a specialization in Purchasing / Supply Chain or a related field.

Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar logistics role is essential to succeed in this position.

To excel in this role, you will need to have:

• A solid understanding of supply chain and logistics challenges.
• Proven team management skills.
• The ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in logistics-related IT tools (ERP, WMS, etc.).
