Job :

Join our dynamic company in the Distribution sector as a Logistics Manager, in the heart of Casablanca. A unique opportunity to manage flows and optimize operations in a stimulating environment.

Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes. Ensure optimal stock management to effectively meet market needs. Maintain a high level of performance and customer satisfaction through a smooth and responsive supply chain.

Supervise all daily logistics operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping. Manage and optimize stock levels to minimize costs while ensuring product availability. Coordinate with carriers and negotiate rates to ensure timely deliveries. Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the efficiency of the logistics chain. Lead and motivate logistics teams to achieve set goals.

Required profile :

Your academic background includes a Master's degree (Bac +5 or higher) in logistics, ideally in Purchasing or Supply Chain.

Job Title: Logistics Manager

Main Mission:
The Logistics Manager ensures the management, optimization, and oversight of all logistics operations nationwide, guaranteeing product availability, cost control, and flow performance.

Main Responsibilities:
• Logistics Flow Management
Design, manage, and implement solutions to optimize logistics processes, from upstream to delivery, while identifying areas for improvement and implementing process digitalization projects.
Optimize delivery routes and transport costs.
Ensure efficient management of the department by ensuring team skill development and progress.
Ensure compliance with operational logistics safety procedures and standards.
• Inventory Management
Optimize stock levels to reduce stockouts and overstocks.
Supervise physical and computer inventories.
Guarantee the reliability of stock data.
• Performance Management
Define, monitor, and analyze logistics KPIs.
Produce regular reports for management.
Monitor the performance of logistics providers.
Implement continuous improvement plans.
• Team Management
Lead and motivate logistics teams nationally.
Support teams in implementing standards: 5S, QRQC, Kaizen.
Ensure monitoring of individual and collective performance.
Train and develop employee skills.
Ensure a good social climate and efficient organization.
• Continuous Improvement & Projects
Responsible for the logistical progress of various processes.
Participate in supply chain process improvement projects.
Identify levers for reducing logistics costs.
Improve overall operational productivity.

Profile Sought:

Education
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in logistics, supply chain, management, or equivalent.

Experience

• Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in logistics management tools and ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of supply chain flows.
