Job :

Within a dynamic company in the Medical Equipment sector, a Retail Store Manager is sought to join our team in Rabat. This key role will allow you to lead the activity of our point of sale, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and rigorous operational management.

Your success in this role will directly contribute to achieving the store's commercial objectives. It will involve maximizing the economic performance of the entity while maintaining a strong brand image and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your main missions will revolve around several essential areas:

• Team Management: supervise, motivate, and develop the skills of store employees.
• Stock Management: optimize inventory levels, ensure the reception and dispatch of goods.
• Commercial Performance: monitor key indicators, implement actions to achieve sales targets.
• Customer Experience: ensure the quality of reception and advice provided to customers.
• Routine Operations: ensure the good upkeep of the store, manage local administrative and financial procedures.

Required profile :

Your academic background will include at least a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3), ideally in Retail related fields. 

Significant experience of 3 to 5 years in similar roles, preferably in the Retail sector and ideally with an understanding of the medical equipment and care field, will be a major asset.
