Reporting to the Director of Utilities & Equipment, you will be responsible for all the maintenance activities for the site's rolling stock. In this role, your missions will be to:
• Develop the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for the site's equipment fleet;
• Manage relationships with manufacturers and suppliers of spare parts and maintenance tools;
• Monitor interventions performed and propose performance improvements in terms of costs and utilization rates;
• Manage the maintenance and operating budget for the site's equipment;
• Ensure technological watch and management of technical documentation;
• Encourage the involvement and participation of your team members in achieving management objectives;
• Ensure that no malfunction disrupts the production tool;
• Apply maintenance policies, programs, and procedures, as well as health and safety rules, in compliance with current regulations.
• With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Mechanical Engineering, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within heavy industry (steelworks, foundry, cement plant, etc.).
• You have a perfect understanding of how rolling stock operates.
• You are familiar with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools.
• You master problem-solving methods and continuous improvement tools (PDCA, 5S, SMED, FMEA, etc.).
• You possess real leadership, good teamwork skills, a sense of organization, and real communication skills.
