Maintenance Manager - Casablanca

Job :

Reporting to the Technical Director, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for:

• Ensuring the maintenance of equipment,
• Participating in troubleshooting when necessary, as well as in the design of new installations and their organization.
• Optimizing the maintenance of production resources.
• Intervening to prevent production stoppages, and to prevent and resolve breakdowns.

Job Activities:

• Organizing maintenance resources,
• Managing maintenance activities,
• Participating in continuous improvement activities,
• Managing the equipment and spare parts inventory,
• Forecasting available skills to cope with operational risks,
• Managing the department's budget and planning investments,
• Setting priorities and developing the maintenance schedule,
• Supervising intervention teams and directing maintenance and repair work,
• Identifying technical solutions for improving equipment and installations,
• Participating in quality initiatives and the design of new installations,
• Ensuring regulatory watch on international financial standards, tax, and legal regulations.
   

Required profile :

• Holder of an engineering degree with a specialization in Mechanical, Automation, or Electromechanical Engineering. You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• You are bilingual, with a good command of French, both spoken and written.
