Job :

The Digital, Data, and CRM Manager at Es Saadi Marrakech Resort is responsible for managing, defining, and continuously adjusting the Resort's digital and e-commerce strategy to optimize and improve direct sales and customer loyalty. They are accountable for the performance of digital tools, regulatory compliance (especially GDPR), and the strategic use of customer data. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

- Development of direct digital and web strategy: Optimize direct sales through the direct website and digital campaigns.
- SEO/SEA Campaigns: Manage campaigns to increase visibility and generate qualified traffic.
- CRM Tools Management: Manage CRM tools and campaigns
- Regular recommendations on current regulations (GDPR... etc...)
- Implementation of digitalization within the Resort: Regular proposals and participation in tenders for the selection and deployment of tools, updates.
- Customer personalization and loyalty:
- Ensure with operations the planning, training, and awareness of customer data collection, and monitor teams on this point.
- Website animation: text and visual content, and UX optimization.
- Use CRM data to segment and target audiences effectively.
- Monitoring and analysis of digital performance: Produce reports and adjust strategies based on results.
 

Required profile :

- Holder of a Bac + 5 (Master's degree equivalent) in digital marketing.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in CRM management and digital strategy. Ideally, at least one experience in a "Resort" or hotel environment.

- Proficient in SEO/SEA tools: Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs
- Proficient in CRM and automated campaigns: Hex, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Knowledge of the hotel digital ecosystem
- Proficient in analytical tools: Google Analytics, Tableau
- Proficient in CMS tools: WordPress

- Strong analytical ability, strong recommendation/proposal skills
- Rigor and methodology in managing data and tools.
- Results-oriented and focused on ROI optimization

- Internally: All department heads
- Externally: Freelancers, Communication & PR Agencies, suppliers, and partners of the Es Saadi Marrakech Resort.
