Your main mission will be to ensure accurate and compliant payroll management for all staff, while contributing to the reliability of financial consolidation processes. You will be key in managing salary costs and optimizing HR and financial systems.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Complete supervision of the payroll cycle, including calculation, checking, and declaration of social charges.
• Managing relationships with social and tax organizations.
• Preparing and sending data for the consolidation of financial statements.
• Staying updated on regulatory changes in labor law and payroll.
• Supporting and advising managers and employees on payroll and personnel administration matters.
• Participating in projects to improve HR and payroll information systems.
• Analyzing payroll indicators and producing relevant reports.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, you have a degree of Master's degree level or higher, ideally in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training.

With significant experience of 10 to 20 years, you have proven expertise in payroll management and consolidation. Experience in the health or pharmacy sector would be a major asset.
