Job :
As part of the development of our activities, we are recruiting a Shipping / Dispatch Manager based in Al Hoceïma.
Main missions:
- Supervise and coordinate all goods preparation, packaging, and shipping operations.
- Ensure compliance with delivery times and quality procedures.
- Oversee stock monitoring and management of logistics flows.
- Organize and control loading and unloading activities.
- Ensure the application of safety rules and internal procedures.
- Manage and lead operational teams.
- Oversee the administrative follow-up of shipments and update performance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to optimize logistics operations.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Associate's degree to Master's degree in Logistics, Transport, Management, or a similar field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or logistics environment.
- Good command of computer tools and logistics management software.
- Organizational, planning, and priority management skills.
- Leadership, sense of responsibility, and ability to manage a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
