Job :

Join a recognized educational institution in the Education / Training sector as our next Middle School High School Educational Manager. Based in Oujda, you will play a central role in the educational dynamic and the development of our students.

Your main mission will be to ensure educational excellence and the smooth operation of the middle and high school cycles. You will be a key player in defining and implementing the educational strategy, aiming for the growth and success of each learner, while ensuring the cohesion of the teaching teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and leading the teaching teams for the middle and high school cycles.
• Monitoring students individually, in collaboration with teachers, to support their learning journey.
• Designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs in line with the institution's goals.
• Organizing assessments and monitoring academic results.
• Actively participating in the life of the institution and its reputation.
• Managing daily administrative tasks related to the cycles under your responsibility.

Required profile :

Ideally, you hold a degree of level Bachelor's degree +3, with a specialization in Educational Sciences.

Professional experience of 3 to 10 years in similar roles or in teaching is highly desired. You have previously held positions of responsibility in an educational environment.
