Job :

Join our Education / Training institution as the Primary Educational Manager. This key position, based in Oujda, is essential for leading the educational strategy of our primary school cycle and ensuring a stimulating and innovative learning environment for our students.

Your role will be to bring a positive dynamic to the primary department, ensuring the implementation of a modern curriculum adapted to children's needs. You will be responsible for educational excellence and the well-being of each student, while supporting the professional development of the teaching staff.

Your daily tasks will be varied:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of primary school curricula.
• Supervise, support, and evaluate teachers in their teaching practices.
• Develop and lead innovative educational projects aligned with the institution's values.
• Ensure personalized follow-up of students and collaborate closely with families.
• Ensure compliance with educational quality guidelines and standards.
• Organize and lead educational meetings.
• Participate in defining the institution's educational policy.

Required profile :

For this position, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally in Education Sciences.

3 to 10 years of experience in primary school teaching or educational coordination is essential. Experience in a similar educational environment would be a major asset.
