Job :

Join our Education/Training institution as the Primary Education Manager. This key position, based in Oujda, is essential for guiding our primary school's educational strategy and ensuring a stimulating and innovative learning environment for our students.

Your role will be to bring a positive dynamic to the primary department, ensuring the implementation of a modern curriculum adapted to children's needs. You will be responsible for educational excellence and the development of each student, while supporting the professional growth of the teaching team.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of primary school curricula.
• Mentoring, supporting, and evaluating teachers in their teaching practices.
• Developing and leading innovative educational projects aligned with the institution's values.
• Ensuring personalized follow-up of students and collaborating closely with families.
• Ensuring compliance with educational quality guidelines and standards.
• Organizing and leading pedagogical meetings.
• Participating in the definition of the institution's educational policy.

Required profile :

For this position, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally in Education Sciences.

Experience of 3 to 10 years in primary school teaching or pedagogical coordination is essential. Experience in a similar educational environment would be a major asset.
