Job :

Reporting to the Logistics Department, you will oversee the daily operations of order preparation and coordinate the dedicated teams.

You will ensure the speed, reliability, and quality of operations to guarantee excellent outgoing flow fluidity.

As a true field liaison, you will ensure the smooth running of daily operations in a dynamic and demanding FMCG environment.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Supervise the preparation and control operations of all outgoing flows;
• Manage, organize, and train dedicated teams;
• Ensure the fluidity of operations;
• Coordinate effectively with other departments (downstream logistics, warehousing, etc.);
• Participate in the optimization of logistics resources and processes;
• Monitor operational performance indicators;
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Required profile :

You are recognized for your hands-on approach, your organizational skills, and your ability to effectively lead operational teams in a fast-paced environment.

You enjoy dynamic environments where responsiveness, coordination, and results orientation are essential daily.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations management, order preparation, or operational team coordination;
• Experience in the FMCG, agri-food, or distribution sectors is highly appreciated.

Technical Skills:

• Good command of WMS / ERP tools;
• Good command of office software;
• Good ability to track operational indicators;
• Experience in coordinating field teams.
