Job :

As part of strengthening its teams, our client, a player in the agri-food industry, is recruiting a Production Manager.

Work location: Sapino, Nouaceur

Main tasks:
Plan, organize, and supervise all production activities.
Ensure that quality, cost, deadline, and safety objectives are met.
Lead and develop production teams.
Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
Implement continuous improvement actions to optimize industrial performance.

Required profile :

Profile sought:
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Agri-food Engineering, or equivalent.
Mandatory experience as a Production Manager in the egg products or egg processing sector.
Solid experience in managing production teams.
Good command of manufacturing processes, HACCP, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 standards, and quality requirements in the agri-food industry.
Ability to drive performance, optimize processes, and ensure production targets are met.

Experience in the same sector (egg products / egg processing) is mandatory.
