Job :

As part of strengthening our team, we are recruiting a Production Manager whose main tasks will be to:

• Ensure product conformity to quality and technical requirements
• Manage production planning
• Organize and optimize production lines
• Manage the supply of workstations
• Assign and supervise direct labor
• Carry out checks as planned in the processes
• Ensure product identification and traceability
• Coordinate technical teams to achieve performance objectives in terms of efficiency, quality, and OEE
• Ensure the application of standards and good industrial practices on site

Production Process Management:

• Define the characteristics and scope of the process
• Communicate and monitor associated objectives
• Plan and budget necessary resources
• Monitor performance indicators
• Carry out evaluations and propose continuous improvement actions

Required profile :

• You have a Master's degree (Bac+5) or an equivalent degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
• You have confirmed experience of 10 to 15 years in production management and planning, ideally in the automotive and metallurgy sectors
• You are proficient in quality system techniques, project management, and continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, TPM)
• You have good experience in a certified ISO / IATF 16949 environment
• You are proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Sage X3, or equivalent)
• Languages: French and English
• Computer skills: Good command of Word and Excel
• With good interpersonal skills, you enjoy teamwork and demonstrate rigor and autonomy.
