Job :

Directly reporting to the company's general management, the quality manager will be responsible for:

• Supporting all departments in the company's changes and evolutions
• Establishing and formalizing procedures related to these changes
• Acting on non-conformities and ensuring that processes deliver the expected results
• Maintaining the company's certification to the ISO 9001 standard
• Reporting on QMS performance
• Identifying improvement opportunities and exploiting them
• Instilling a "quality spirit" among all departments, so that our QMS is constantly improving
• Being the main point of contact with external quality firms

Technical:

• Mastery of the ISO 9001 approach
• Knowledge of quality standards, benchmarks, regulations, and certifications
• Mastery of measurement techniques and statistical and IT tools

Languages:

• Arabic and French: perfect oral and written command
