As a Quality Manager, you will be a key player in the performance and competitiveness of our organization. The main objective is to ensure and continuously improve the quality of products and manufacturing processes, while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards and requirements. This involves implementing and monitoring rigorous procedures, analyzing data, and proposing corrective actions. You will contribute to reducing non-conformities and improving productivity, while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with current regulations. A crucial goal is to develop and maintain an effective, high-performing, and evolving quality management system.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Defining and implementing the company's quality policy and associated action plans.
• Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Managing non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Auditing manufacturing processes and quality systems to ensure compliance with standards.
• Training and supporting teams on quality aspects.
• Participating in the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system.
• Ensuring the follow-up of certifications and quality standards.

You will be a true conductor, ensuring coordination between different departments for optimal consistency of the quality policy.

Required profile :

To succeed in this role, a minimum of a Bac+3 level of education is required, with a specialization in quality management systems....... Training in quality management would be a considerable asset, demonstrating your in-depth knowledge of quality management methods and tools. Your education has allowed you to develop an analytical, rigorous, and methodical mindset, essential for this position.

Professional experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar role within a manufacturing industry is strongly desired. This experience will have allowed you to develop solid skills in quality management and continuous improvement. Your ability to work in a team, collaborate with different departments, and manage priorities will be crucial to your success. Preferably residing in Meknès, your potential and motivation are major assets for this position.

Beyond your academic qualifications and professional experience, you possess key skills to succeed in this role. Your ability to analyze data, identify problems, and propose solutions is paramount. You master quality management tools and methods, and you are capable of working autonomously and as part of a team. Here are some essential technical skills:

• Mastery of quality management tools (FMEA, 5S, Kaizen, etc.)
• Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
• Sense of organization and rigor
