Do you aspire to a strategic role at the heart of a dynamic company in the industrial sector? Join our recruiter as a Human Resources Manager M/F at their industrial site located in Berrechid. Your main mission will be to lead and develop the HR function to support the organization's growth and performance.

Your objectives will focus on optimizing employee management, strengthening company culture, and ensuring compliance of HR practices.

On a daily basis, your tasks will revolve around several major areas:

• Define and implement the HR strategy in line with the company's objectives.
• Oversee all HR processes: administrative management, compensation, disciplinary and social aspects, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with social regulations and labor law.
• Promote a positive company culture focused on employee engagement and well-being.
• Manage social relations and dialogue with employee representatives.
• Lead cross-functional HR projects (payroll management, training policies, etc.).

Required profile :

Your academic background should include a degree of Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or higher, ideally in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training.

Solid experience of 7 years or more in generalist HR roles is required. Knowledge of the metallurgy sector or related industries would be a major asset.

Beyond your education and experience, your personal and professional skills will make the difference. You have excellent command of HR issues and a strategic vision. Your ability to communicate easily, your listening skills, and your natural leadership will enable you to inspire and unite your teams.
