Job :

This strategic position, based at the heart of our business, requires a strong field presence with regular travel to the various sites in the network. Your mission is to ensure social compliance, payroll accuracy, and legal risk management, while providing essential operational support to our site managers.

The main goal of your role is to ensure excellent people management within the company. Your role aims to secure payroll processes and social declarations, while controlling financial and legal risks related to labor disputes. You will be the key contact person, able to lead a dedicated team while harmonizing social practices across our network, thus ensuring a stable and effective social climate.

Your responsibilities cover the full operational and strategic spectrum of human resources:

• Manage monthly payroll on our HRIS to ensure complete accuracy of calculations and strict adherence to tax and social deadlines.
• Oversee disciplinary procedures and ensure the legality of legal documents.
• Lead and unite the HR team, ensuring optimal distribution of priorities.
• Independently manage labor dispute cases, from defense strategy to judgment execution, in collaboration with legal counsel.
• Produce accurate monthly HR reporting, including payroll and litigation tracking.
• Support site managers in leading their teams through regular site visits.

Required profile :

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in social law, human resources, or management.
• Solid experience of 7 years in human resources is required, including a minimum of 5 years as an HR Manager.
• Proven expertise in managing payroll for at least 300 employees and direct handling of social disputes is essential.
• Your profile is distinguished by advanced technical mastery combined with proven managerial skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and a robust payroll software.
• In-depth knowledge of procedures related to social controls and audits.
• Demonstrated managerial ability with experience supervising at least 2 employees.
• Excellent command of French and English.
