Showroom Manager & Customer Experience - Casablanca

Today, we are looking for the person who will take care of our House on a daily basis and make every interaction with emotionbox as smooth and attentive as possible.

Your mission

Welcome, advise, organize, and anticipate to offer each client an impeccable experience and ensure the showroom runs perfectly every day.

In concrete terms

You will notably be expected to:

• welcome and advise our clients in the showroom, by phone, and through our various channels;
• take charge of orders from their reception to their handover or delivery;
• prepare gift boxes, message cards, and customizations with the utmost care;
• prepare quotes and invoices for clients, track payments, and follow up as needed;
• handle billing and restocking of vending machines;
• manage the cash register and prepare the necessary documents for accounting;
• take charge of level 1 customer support and follow up on each request until it is resolved;
• monitor stock, anticipate needs, and coordinate supplies from suppliers;
• organize pick-ups, deliveries, and daily logistical needs;
• ensure the smooth running of the showroom in all its aspects.

Required profile :

The profile we are looking for

You have an excellent sense of welcome, service, and sales, and you enjoy taking care of clients as much as making an organization run with precision.

Bilingual French-Arabic, you express yourself perfectly in French, both orally and in writing, and are comfortable with digital tools.

You can manage multiple requests at the same time, adapt quickly to priorities, and show great responsiveness.

Meticulous and attentive to detail, you take pride in doing a job well, have organizational skills, and are proactive in finding solutions.

Reliable, punctual, and autonomous, you see through the tasks entrusted to you.
