Join a company leader in its sector and contribute to its operational excellence as QMS Manager. Based in Casablanca , this position is a unique opportunity to positively impact product quality and safety at the heart of our activities.

Your main mission will be to manage and optimize the Quality Management System to ensure compliance, food safety, and customer satisfaction, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• The development, implementation, and monitoring of quality policies and procedures.
• The management of internal and external audits, and the follow-up of corrective and preventive action plans.
• Leading teams on good hygiene and food safety practices.
• Monitoring quality performance indicators and producing regular reports.
• Managing quality documentation and training staff on quality issues.
• Analyzing non-conformities and implementing actions to prevent their recurrence.
• Regulatory watch and ensuring the compliance of products and processes.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze non-conformities, and manage corrective action plans.
• Train teams on quality requirements and spread a culture of improvement within the organization

Required profile :

A Master's degree (Bac +5) in quality management or industrial management is required for this position.

5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role is essential, ideally gained in the agri-food sector.

This role requires strong expertise in quality management systems and in-depth knowledge of food safety standards. The ideal candidate has excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, as well as a strong results orientation and the ability to work in a team. Specializations in Production, Quality, Safety, or Maintenance are particularly appreciated.
