• Support in the financial and financial engineering field, and in mobilizing and managing funds;
• Monitoring and evaluating the management and performance indicators related to public services;
• Managing financing debts related to distribution activities;
• Harmonizing common rules and processes concerning the management of public services.

Our company supports players in the electricity, drinking water, and liquid sanitation distribution sector, particularly the newly established GCTs (Groups of Local Authorities) and SRM (Regional Multiservice Companies).

Job :

We are looking for a "Technical and Investment Manager" profile in Errachida with 5 years or more of experience in the hydraulic or electrical field, or both.

Main tasks:

• Ensure the smooth operation of the Entity;
• Monitor and analyze the performance indicators of operators and the distribution sector;
• Analyze and review annual budgets and multi-year plans, and monitor their implementation;
• Coordinate with various stakeholders (operators, partners, consultants) to ensure effective implementation of technical recommendations.
• Oversee the technical, administrative, and financial aspects of projects;
• Control and monitor various aspects related to investments, from budgeting to quality control of work.
• Review tender documents and represent the SPC in tender commissions;
• Initiate and monitor technical studies and audits necessary for monitoring and controlling the management of public services and the execution of the Management Contract.

   Experience in the distribution sector is a plus.

Required profile :

Required education and skills:

• State Engineer diploma or equivalent in hydraulics/electrical engineering.
• Good knowledge of tools and software related to the Hydraulic/Electrical fields.
• Good command of project management techniques.
