Job :
Payment Management
- Ensure payment of valid invoices and payment orders (taxes, salaries, travel, debts, leasing, etc.)
- Monitor the distribution of cash flows between banks and processing times
- Report cash outflow forecasts to the account position manager
- Prepare and submit reports on payment activities within deadlines
- Ensure the smooth operation of treasury tools (TLine, KTP, EPS Douanes, check letters, etc.)
- Generalize digital solutions for payment flows across all subsidiaries
- Propose IT tools to improve the payment process
- Update the operating letters for Group accounts
- Align subsidiaries with Group standards and procedures
- Manage bank guarantees and bonds (customs, export clients, etc.)
Team Management
- Define objectives and approve employee action plans
- Establish and monitor the entity's operating budget
- Update work procedures and ensure their proper application
- Organize job allocation and rotation to promote versatility
- Lead annual evaluations and skills development (training, coaching)
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, or Management
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or banking roles
- Proven experience in payment management and team management
- Proficiency in treasury management tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills
