Join a dynamic company in the Pharmacy / Health sector as a Human Resources Manager (HRM). This strategic position, based in EL HOCIEMA, offers you the opportunity to shape the future of our teams and actively contribute to our growth.
Your role will be central in the development and implementation of the HR strategy. You will lead all HR processes, ensuring the alignment of human resources with organizational objectives and fostering a high-performing and fulfilling work environment.
Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of human resources management:
- Payroll management and personnel administration.
- Recruitment and integration of new employees.
- Career management, training, and skills development.
- Implementation and monitoring of HR indicators.
- Support for managers and teams in their HR issues.
- Legal and social monitoring.
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Required profile :
With a degree level of Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher, your academic background has ideally specialized you in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training.
An experience of 3 to 5 years in generalist HR roles is required. You have a thorough knowledge of the various areas of the HR function and have already managed HR projects from start to finish.
To excel in this role, you possess:
- Solid expertise in labor law and social relations management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A high capacity for analysis and synthesis.
- The ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A strong sense of organization and rigor.
- Recognized managerial skills to unite and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in IT tools and HRIS.
