Job :

Join our dynamic company in the Import/Export/Trading sector as a Sales Account Manager . Based in Casablanca , this position is a great chance to shape your career in a fast-growing company. Your main job will be to grow and keep our customer list, while helping with our sales plan.

Your goals will be to answer incoming B2B requests, turn them into customers of Mythos Group, and manage the long-term relationship with them as their dedicated account manager. Mythos Group does not do sales calls to new people, so this is not needed from our staff. Keeping a good relationship with customers, taking care of potential clients, and knowing the products well is important for this job. 

Your tasks will include:

• Quickly answering incoming requests given to your account.
• Taking care of requests and managing your current customer list.
• Discussing B2B business offers and closing sales.
• Tracking orders and working with the logistics and office teams.
• Learning about the products very well. 
• Helping to create sales plans.
• Keeping your email inbox, Salesforce records, and Drive files very organized. 
• Keeping customers happy through personal support and good service.

Required profile :

You have a Bac +2 degree and ideally focus on Sales Administration, After-Sales Service, Business, Sales, or Export .

One to three years of work experience in a sales job, preferably in import-export or trading, is needed for this position. This time has helped you grow your skills in negotiation and focusing on the customer.

To do well in this role, you have great communication and people skills . Your ability to convince and negotiate will be a big help. Being good with computers (Google Suite, Salesforce CRM) is expected, as well as being comfortable with sales administration. Knowing English is needed-clients are in North America. You are organized , careful , and have a strong focus on customer service .
