- AI Integration Security - Set up private service connections (PSC) to safely link Gemini Enterprise Agents with customers' private databases.
- Achieve 100% data isolation and stop unauthorized network data leaks.
- Automation Upkeep - Write, check, and test simple Terraform scripts to automate regular network setups.
- Ensure no manual changes happen in important production systems.
- Network Auditing & Health - Use GCP Network Intelligence Center to test connections, look at routing paths, and check packet health.
- Find routing problems, sudden delays, or lost BGP routes early.
- Load Balancing Design - Set up and manage global application load balancers to safely distribute conversation traffic.
- Ensure no downtime even with huge traffic increases or sudden regional failures.
- Security Boundary Defense - Write and improve Cloud Armor rules, access controls, and cloud firewall settings.
- Ensure full protection against external DDoS attacks and unauthorized network access.
- Cross-Team Alignment - Join daily meetings and syncs with cloud architects, SREs, and AI specialists.
- Smooth deployment coordination and fast fixes for system-wide issues.
Required profile :
- University or college degree in engineering, computer sciences, physics, mathematics or similar experience in a related field
- Good English communication skills
- At least 5 years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Networking
- GCP Professional Cloud Network Engineer Certification: Candidate must have a current and valid Google-certified network credential to show basic skills.
- Experience with Google Contact Center AI, CCAIP routing, and setting up secure network paths for Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform/GECX.
- Strong background in designing dynamic routing paths using BGP, Equinix Fabric, Twilio, Telnyx SIP trunking, and Microsoft ExpressRoute.
- Experience writing, reviewing, and automating enterprise-level cloud networks with Terraform. No manual setups in production.
- Must have an active Google Professional Data Engineer certification. Deep knowledge of BigQuery, BigTable, and Firestore (Standard & Enterprise) is essential.
- Proven experience designing and managing high-traffic streaming data flows using GCP Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, and Dataflow.
- Practical experience with LLM orchestration, connecting Gemini Enterprise Agents to enterprise data, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Hands-on experience deploying Google Cloud Contact Center AI (CCAI/CCAIP) and Dialogflow CX for live voice/chat streams.
- Strong ability to write Terraform for deploying infrastructure and manage detailed GCP IAM roles to secure cloud resources.
