Job :
The main goal is to manage the entire planning cycle to ensure strict adherence to contractual deadlines. The constant search for performance requires anticipating delays, securing the critical path, and providing a consolidated and forward-looking vision to management teams for optimal strategic decision-making.
Daily tasks involve managing and optimizing project flows:
- Developing, consolidating, and dynamically updating schedules
- Defining baseline schedules and strictly monitoring milestones
- Detailed analysis of the critical path and early detection of deviations
- Implementing recovery plans and corrective actions in case of risks
- Cross-functional coordination between studies, procurement, and construction
- Managing and supporting planning engineers
- Producing periodic reports for management
- Actively participating in steering committees and continuous improvement of methods and tools
Required profile :
- Engineering degree or equivalent Master's degree (Bac+5)
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in planning and managing complex projects is essential.
- Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 software
- In-depth expertise in planning methods and critical path analysis
- Proven ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously
- Management skills to support a team of planners
- Excellent analytical, forecasting, and communication skills
