Join our dynamic company and participate in our growth as a Senior Supply Chain Engineer. Based in Casablanca, at the heart of economic activity, this position offers you a unique opportunity to shape the future of our supply chain.

Your role will be central in optimizing and transforming our logistics flows. 

Your main missions will include designing and continuously improving supply chain processes. You will be responsible for:

• Analyzing current performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Developing innovative procurement and inventory management strategies.
• Leading projects to optimize the logistics chain, from sourcing to delivery.
• Collaborating closely with different departments to ensure smooth integration of operations.
• Implementing and monitoring relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Managing relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally in Purchasing / Supply Chain or a related field.

The company is looking for an experienced individual with 3 to 10 years of experience in similar roles. In-depth knowledge of supply chain challenges is essential.

• Mastery of supply chain concepts (planning, procurement, logistics, distribution).
• Ability to use specialized software (ERP, WMS, TMS) and data analysis tools.
• Strong skills in project management and leadership.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• Organizational skills, rigor, and proactivity.
• Good command of French and English, both written and spoken.
