Job :
Join a major industrial player specializing in plastic materials processing by injection and extrusion, located in Had Soualem, Morocco. Within a facility of 32 machines, a Shift Manager opportunity awaits someone passionate about operational excellence to lead the performance of our production lines.
The central objective is to orchestrate a dynamic restructuring of manufacturing processes while ensuring continuous improvement of industrial performance. The goal is to establish organizational rigor to optimize the overall efficiency of the facilities while supporting the skill development of the field teams.
Daily activities involve diverse missions aimed at streamlining industrial operations:
- Analyze production times, workflows, and workstation ergonomics.
- Organize and set up molding and finishing lines.
- Support the commissioning of new equipment and train employees.
- Develop and update necessary procedures and work materials.
- Monitor key indicators such as OEE and scrap rate.
- Implement corrective action plans to boost overall productivity and quality.
Required profile :
A engineering degree in industrial, electromechanical, or process engineering is essential to understand the technical challenges of this position.
At least 2 years of professional experience in an industrial environment is required to ensure mastery of manufacturing processes.
Success in this role relies on a mix of analytical skills and interpersonal qualities:
