Job :

Within the AI Center of Excellence in Morocco, you will design, develop, and industrialize AI applications (RAG, agents, conversational copilots, OCR pipelines) for client projects and reusable internal accelerators. You will work autonomously on technical architecture as well as implementation, in direct communication with business teams.

Your missions:

• Design and develop RAG and agentic systems (retrieval architecture, multi-tool orchestration, context management)
• Develop conversational interfaces and copilots
• Build robust backends in Python/FastAPI (API design, asynchronous management, LLM integration)
• Integrate and arbitrate between LLM providers (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, self-hosted solutions) based on cost/performance/sovereignty
• Design OCR and document processing pipelines for business use cases

Required profile :

• Master's degree in engineering / computer science
• 5 to 8 years of experience in full-stack development on production AI projects

Technical skills:

• Frontend: AngularJS, React/Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Backend: Python/FastAPI, API design, asynchronous processing
• LLM & RAG: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Vector databases, …
• Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD, automated testing
• Solid mastery of at least one specialized AI domain: advanced RAG (multi-layer architectures, hybrid retrieval), OCR/document processing, Computer Vision, or applied NLP

• Ability to think architecturally, not just in terms of implementation - we are looking for someone who challenges technical choices
• Autonomy and rigor in technical execution and maintainability
• Product curiosity, sense of UX
• Written/oral communication skills in French/English
• Ethical awareness regarding the impact of generative AI
