Job :
Your main tasks will be:
- Assist the Purchasing team in processing and tracking purchase requests.
- Participate in supplier consultation and evaluation.
- Ensure the follow-up of supplier orders until their reception.
- Contribute to updating and ensuring the reliability of the supplier database.
- Participate in the analysis of Purchasing and Supply Chain performance indicators.
- Monitor delivery times and follow up with suppliers when necessary.
- Contribute to the optimization of procurement and inventory management processes.
- Participate in the preparation of departmental reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with the Production, Logistics, Planning, and Finance teams to ensure smooth flows.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at strengthening the performance of the supply chain.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Management.
- First internship experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain is appreciated.
- Good command of office tools, especially Excel.
- Comfortable with numbers and data analysis.
- Rigor, organizational skills, and analytical mindset.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Responsiveness and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Curiosity, autonomy, and willingness to learn in a dynamic industrial environment.
