Our recent achievements:
In November 2023, we unveiled our new generation store over 10,000 m² in our Viva Park center in Casablanca, with an investment of over 270 million dirhams. In April 2023, it was KITEA Giant Agadir's turn to open its doors in our shopping center, spanning over 42,000 m² of commercial space. The new generation of KITEA Giant? Nothing less than the largest furniture stores in Morocco. With a multitude of stores already to our name, we plan to unveil more openings in 2024 in Casablanca, Kenitra, Laayoune, and Tetouan. We have also expanded our international presence with a launch in Kenya in 2022 and Ghana in 2023. We also have the largest logistics center in Morocco to support our growth, and in the same vein, our headquarters has doubled in size (from 1,000 m² to 2,000 m²).

Join our dynamic team in the Furniture / Decoration sector as an Intern at the Customer Relations Center. Based in Casablanca, you will have the opportunity to grow within a recognized company and actively contribute to customer satisfaction.
The main goal of this internship is to familiarize you with the standards of excellence of our customer service. It involves understanding and mastering communication techniques, problem-solving, and customer loyalty. You will be an essential link in the continuous improvement of our customers' experience, contributing to a positive and effective brand image.
Your days will be structured around various missions aimed at ensuring an optimal customer experience:
To be eligible for this internship, you are currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5). A specialization in call center professions is a major asset for quickly understanding the job's challenges.
A first experience of 1 year in a similar environment or in the furniture sector would be ideal. This experience has allowed you to develop an understanding of customer expectations and the requirements of a high-performing service.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong listening ability. Your communication skills, organization, and rigor will be undeniable assets. You demonstrate proactivity and a real customer focus. Proficiency in standard computer tools and good written and oral expression in French are also expected.
