Job :
As part of strengthening its administrative department, our company is recruiting a Sales Administration Intern (SAI) to support operational activities and contribute to optimizing sales management processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure entry and follow-up of customer orders.
- Participate in the administrative management of sales files.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth running of operations.
- Track deliveries and handle customer requests.
- Update databases and monitoring dashboards.
- Participate in the preparation of reports and sales analyses.
Required profile :
Profile sought
- Student in Management, Business, Logistics, or equivalent field.
- Good command of office tools, especially Excel.
- Sense of organization, rigor, and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of an ERP system (Oracle, SAP, etc.) is an asset.
