Job :

Reporting to the Recruitment team, you will participate in:

• Writing and publishing job offers.
• Sourcing candidates via job boards and LinkedIn.
• Screening and pre-selecting CVs.
• Conducting telephone pre-qualification interviews.
• Planning and tracking interviews.
• Updating the candidate database.
• Administrative follow-up of recruitment processes.

Required profile :

• Associate's degree to Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent management.
• Good level of French (written and spoken) 
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Organizational skills, rigor, and team spirit.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
