Join a renowned hotel establishment in Marrakech and be the first point of contact for our clientele. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in welcoming, directing, and satisfying our guests, thus contributing to our company's image of excellence in the Hospitality / Restaurant sector.

Your main mission will be to ensure smooth and efficient communication within the establishment and with the outside world. This involves guaranteeing a positive customer experience from the very first telephone contact, by offering professional, courteous, and personalized service.

Your responsibilities will include the meticulous management of the telephone switchboard, including:

  • Receiving, screening, and transferring incoming calls professionally.
  • Taking accurate messages and forwarding them quickly to the relevant departments.
  • Providing general information about the establishment and its services.
  • Handling specific customer requests, directing them to the appropriate contacts.
  • Participating in various administrative tasks related to reception and communication.

Required profile :

You hold a degree of Bac +3 (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree), ideally in Hospitality / Restaurant trades, Tourism, or related fields.

Previous professional experience, ranging from 1 to 5 years, in a similar role or within the Hospitality / Restaurant sector is highly desirable.

  • Excellent oral communication skills and a strong sense of customer service.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with calm and efficiency.
  • Good knowledge of correspondence rules and message-taking techniques.
  • Proficiency in basic computer tools (word processing, email).
  • Knowledge of several languages will be an added advantage.
