As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for Italian-speaking Customer Advisors to join our teams in Marrakech.
Your mission:
Respond to customer requests via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Advise and assist customers, providing them with answers that meet their needs.
Ensure quality service and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Comply with the company's procedures and quality standards.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

You have excellent command of the Italian language, both written and spoken.
You have good listening and communication skills.
You are dynamic, serious, motivated, and customer-oriented.
Previous experience in customer relations, contact centers, or customer service is a plus, but candidates without experience and highly motivated are also welcome.
You are available and wish to grow professionally in a dynamic and stimulating environment.
