Join a dynamic company in the Medical Equipment and Care sector as an Activity Supervisor. Based in Rabat, this position represents a unique opportunity to manage and optimize commercial and export operations, while contributing to our growth.

Your role will be to ensure operational excellence and the commercial development of our activity. You will be the driver of our market performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and the achievement of our strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising sales and logistics teams.
• Developing and monitoring points of sale. 
• Analyzing market performance and identifying new opportunities.
• Prospecting and managing relationships with partners and key clients.
• Implementing and monitoring performance indicators.
• Optimizing operational processes to improve efficiency.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Master's degree or higher (Bac +5 and more) is required, ideally with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Export.

Significant professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the medical equipment sector, is highly expected.
