Job :
Ensure the production plan is carried out according to the MPS (Master Production Schedule).
Monitor production hour by hour and implement corrective actions as needed in case of negative deviations.
Be responsible for allocating and optimizing staff (headcount) with available technical resources to meet customer needs and achieve objectives.
Participate in employee training.
In case of non-conforming product, defective technological process, or non-conforming operation, stop the production of the equipment.
Collaborate in the design of the organization and equipment for workstations.
Monitor production area indicators according to objectives: 0 accidents – 0 defects – 100% delivery.
Organize daily meetings with the team, quality inspectors, and trainers to discuss indicators.
Meet with employees and encourage them to make decisions.
Share all proposals aimed at optimizing production KPIs.
Be responsible for improving internal and external quality results.
Be responsible for WIP (Work In Progress) levels and ensure scrap separation.
Conduct Gemba Walks (on-site visits).
Ensure versatility through a skills matrix to cope with absenteeism and turnover.
Actively participate in handling customer complaints.
Ensure compliance with safety standards.
Ensure the use of equipment with all necessary protections.
Guarantee compliance with 5S standards in the area.
Submit all production documents and handle purchase requests.
Required profile :
Holder of a Bac+2 (2-year post-secondary degree) in production or equivalent
Good level of French, with a minimum of English
Good experience in cutting
