You will be responsible for managing and improving the performance of a team dedicated to selling Health Insurance. Your main mission will be to help drive the activity, support the skill development of advisors, and ensure the achievement of the project's commercial and qualitative goals.
Your main responsibilities include:
Manage, motivate, and support a team of sales advisors.
Drive individual and team performance (sales, quality, productivity).
Implement action plans to meet and exceed goals.
Provide regular coaching, call reviews, and team skill development.
Monitor performance indicators and produce activity reports.
Ensure compliance with project procedures, scripts, and quality standards.
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain a positive and results-oriented team dynamic.
Profile Sought:
Excellent French language skills, both spoken and written.
Proven experience in team management in a customer contact center.
Experience in insurance (ideally Borrower's Insurance) is highly desired.
Leadership, organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Ability to analyze performance and implement corrective actions.
Very good interpersonal skills and ability to motivate teams.
