Job :

As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for an Air Operations Supervisor to monitor and coordinate aircraft cabin cleaning operations during their shift: cleaning, windshield, and deep cleaning.

Your main tasks

· Supervise and coordinate operational teams during the shift.

· Organize the distribution of teams and tasks according to the operational program.

· Ensure activity monitoring and compliance with deadlines.

· Control the application of quality, safety, and security requirements and procedures.

· Ensure compliance with customer instructions and standards.

· Identify and report operational anomalies or difficulties.

· Ensure communication with various stakeholders to guarantee business continuity.

· Participate in the integration and support of new employees.

Required profile :

Profile sought

Experience in supervising or coordinating operational teams, ideally in the airport, air, or services sector.

Organization, reactivity, rigor, field awareness, and the ability to manage priorities are essential to succeed in this role.
