As part of the development of our facility, we are recruiting a Catering Supervisor to ensure the supervision and smooth operation of the catering service for patients and staff of our clinic based in Tangier.
Main tasks:
Ensure the proper setup of the different catering services (breakfast, lunch, and dinner);Supervise and control the maintenance and hygiene of catering premises and equipment;Guarantee the application of quality, hygiene, safety standards, and internal procedures;Manage supplies, monitor stocks, and optimize resources;Supervise and support catering teams on a daily basis;Ensure patient and staff satisfaction regarding catering services;Carry out any task within the scope of the position assigned by management.
Profile sought:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Catering, Hotel Management, or equivalent field;Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a hospital, hotel, or collective catering environment;Good command of Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards;Excellent team management skills;Organizational skills, rigor, and responsiveness;Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a demanding environment;Neat appearance and professionalism.
