Are you passionate about catering and service quality in a healthcare setting? Our private clinic, located in Al Hoceima, is looking for a Catering Supervisor to ensure quality catering services for patients, visitors, and staff.

By joining our establishment, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the catering service by ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards. You will play an essential role in organizing teams and continuously improving services to offer a service that meets the requirements of a healthcare facility.

Your main responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operations of the catering service and ensure the continuity of services.
  • Manage, organize, and support catering teams to ensure efficient and quality service.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, food safety (HACCP), and the clinic's internal procedures.
  • Monitor the quality of meals served and adherence to patients' prescribed diets.
  • Plan the service's activities and ensure optimal allocation of human resources.
  • Manage stocks of food and consumables, oversee orders, and ensure their supply.
  • Collaborate with medical, dietary, and administrative teams to meet patients' specific nutritional needs.
  • Handle complaints or requests related to the catering service and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • Participate in menu planning in collaboration with relevant professionals, respecting nutritional and budgetary requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with current regulations and quality and safety standards applicable to healthcare facilities.

Required profile :

With a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Hospitality, Catering, Service Management, or an equivalent field, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a healthcare facility, clinic, hospital, or hotel structure.

We are looking for a professional recognized for their organizational skills, leadership, and high standards in service quality.

The expected skills are:

  • Excellent management and team motivation skills.
  • Ability to organize, plan, and supervise the daily activities of the catering service.
  • Good command of hygiene standards, food safety (HACCP), and quality procedures.
  • Organizational skills, rigor, and reactivity to unforeseen events.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams.
  • Proficiency in stock management, procurement, and cost tracking.
  • Initiative, problem-solving ability, and results-oriented.
  • Good knowledge of the requirements for collective catering, ideally in a hospital setting.
