The Association for the Promotion of Excellence in Education ("APEE"), a non-profit organization recognized as being of public utility, manages the "Mohammed VI Excellence High School", the "Rabat Excellence High School", and the "Green Development Skills Training Center (CFMDV)". Its mission is to promote excellence in education for Moroccan students from diverse social backgrounds and to facilitate their access to top national and international schools and universities.
The Green Development Skills Training Center (CFMDV) is responsible for training individuals in green development professions and providing training adapted to the industrial ecosystem. It offers three types of training: BTS (Higher National Diploma), continuing education, vocational and certification training, as well as programs for trainer training.

GENERAL MISSION
The Boarding School Supervisor is responsible for maintaining order and discipline within the boarding school, ensuring the well-being of the students, their accommodation, and their personal development within the boarding school.
MAIN MISSIONS
• Ensure compliance with the boarding school rules;
• Manage access rights and exit permits;
• Oversee the allocation and assignment of student housing;
• Support and supervise students, especially during study and meal times;
• Handle potential incidents while keeping necessary records;
• Intervene with good judgment in case of conflicts;
• Work closely with the academic administration team to ensure smooth coordination;
• Supervise the work of boarding school educational advisors;
• Participate in the preparation and implementation of the educational support and reinforcement program;
• Participate in the organization of various evaluation operations and exams;
• Contribute to the development and implementation of educational and enrichment project activities;
• Prepare and submit reports on student attendance and discipline to class councils, and potentially present students with attendance or disciplinary issues to the class councils;
• Participate in disciplinary committees;
• Ensure a quality of life on campus that meets hygiene and safety standards;
• Coordinate with boarding school service providers and monitor their activities (Cleaning, security, hygiene, technical, etc.);
• Organize cultural and artistic activities in coordination with the library, and arrange outings for boarding students;
• Supervise activities taking place outside of the regular school services;
Required profile :
KNOWLEDGE
• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in management, education sciences, or social work;
• Proven experience of more than 2 years in boarding school management;
• Good command of French, both spoken and written; English would be an asset;
SKILLS
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Mediation and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to manage emergencies and priorities;
• Disciplinary management skills;
• Proficiency in computer use (office software);
• First aid training would be desirable;
