Defining & managing the recruitment strategy
• Define and deploy the Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage all external recruitment and internal mobility for Orange Morocco.
• Ensure recruitment of middle and top management.
• Guarantee the quality of recruitments and compliance with SLAs.
• Implement performance indicators (Time to Hire, Quality of Hire, manager satisfaction…).
• Manage and support the recruitment team.
• Structure interview and evaluation practices (scorecards, case studies, tests).
Internal mobility & talent management
• Manage the internal mobility process.
• Contribute to the retention of key talents.
Digitalization & continuous improvement
• Participate in the implementation of digital tools.
• Optimize processes and automate candidate tracking.
• Produce reports and dashboards.
• Develop the employer brand in coordination with the employee branding department.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and key partners.
• Supervise internship, PFE (final year project), and mass recruitment campaigns if necessary.
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in recruitment, including management experience.
• Experience in a structured and demanding environment (large company, IT services company).
• Good knowledge of the Moroccan talent market.
• Fluent French, professional English.
