Job :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Quality Sections Team Leader. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team dedicated to the quality of production sections, while ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements.

Main tasks:

• Manage and lead a quality team (recruitment, training, evaluation, skills development).
• Ensure the conformity of products and processes to internal and customer quality requirements.
• Lead the resolution of quality problems (root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action plans).
• Deploy and monitor quality tools (FMEA, 8D, 5P, Ishikawa, PDCA, etc.).
• Monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs) and propose areas for improvement.
• Participate in internal and external audits (customers, certification bodies).
• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and logistics departments.
• Ensure regulatory and standard watch in the automotive sector.

Required profile :

• Engineering degree (general, mechanical, quality, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, including proven experience in managing a quality team.
• Mastery of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies.
• Knowledge of automotive standards (IATF 16949, VDA, etc.).
• Good understanding of automotive production processes.
• Leadership and ability to unite a team.
• Rigor, organization, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
