Audiovisual Technician (M/F) - Rabat

Created in 2003, under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Maritime Fisheries, the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Horses (SOREC) has as its main missions the supervision of breeding, the development of horse racing and the management of horse racing games in Morocco.

By virtue of its mission, SOREC ensures the supervision of horse racing companies, supports breeding programs as a partner of breeders' associations and ensures the improvement of national equestrian infrastructures.     

In addition, SOREC is engaged in a policy aimed at improving the competitiveness of Moroccan breeding and revitalizing the horse market.

SOREC covers the entire country with 5 stud farms, 43 breeding stations and 11 equestrian breeding promotion centers, in addition to numerous collaborations with the main equine associations of the kingdom.

Job :

Reporting to the Operations Department, your main mission will be to provide technical support in various tasks of audiovisual production and realization. As such, your main activities will be:

- Ensure the installation, uninstallation, and adjustment of audiovisual equipment;

- Carry out routine maintenance and first-level maintenance of audiovisual equipment;

- Take charge of sound management, including the use of digital consoles;

- Ensure live and delayed production, in accordance with a programming schedule or a script;

- Ensure the continuity of shots and avoid continuity errors;

- Participate in the choice of shots in coordination with the production team.
 

Required profile :

As a potential candidate:

You have a technician or specialized technician diploma in Multimedia, Audiovisual, or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

 Required skills:

- You have good knowledge of digital production and broadcast chains.
- You master audiovisual capture techniques and the environment of the equine sector.
- You have good knowledge of TV production (image, sound, staging).
- You master audiovisual and multimedia equipment.
- You know the language and all audiovisual professions.
- You have the ability to analyze and continuously monitor technical developments in equipment and graphic design software.
- You master office software: Microsoft Office.
- You have excellent visual culture.
- Sense of creativity and fertile imagination.
- Sense of commitment, adaptability, initiative, and collaboration.
- Sense of communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reactivity and team spirit.
